International Shipping
We currently ship to most international countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU nations.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow 1–3 business days after shipping for the tracking information to update.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once approved, a full refund (minus original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@bastrova.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
