To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must contact us at info@bastrova.com within 30 days of delivery
As part of the return request, you must provide:
- 4 clear photos of the item and packaging
- 1 short video (10–15 seconds) showing the condition of the item and any claimed issue
Returns submitted without the required photos and video will not be reviewed or approved.
